Payment Terms

For all new clients, 50% of the estimated project cost will be due in advance of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of the finished content.  Payments can be made via Paypal to sarah@sarah-russell.net.

After the successful completion of the first project, different payment arrangements can be negotiated.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/REVISIONS:

Unlimited revisions are included until employer is satisfied with final articles.

OWNERSHIP OF FINAL PRODUCT:

Any information provided to Sarah Russell in regards to the project will be kept in strict confidence and not released without written consent of the employer.

Upon completion of the project, all rights to the articles created are transferred to the employer.  The articles will not be published, reused or modified by Sarah Russell without the written consent of the employer.

All articles completed for this project are entirely unique and do not infringe any copyrights.

TERMS AND TERMINATION:

The term of this agreement begins on the listed Effective Date, and will continue until Sarah Russell satisfactorily completes performance of the services. 

This Agreement may be terminated by either party who provides 7 days written or email notice if the other party breaches or is in default of any obligation listed in this agreement and the default has not been settled within a 7-day period.
